Privacy Policy

Infinity Inc. (the “Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) regarding the handling of information, including personal information (“Personal Data”), and complies with it together with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and other relevant laws. This Policy applies to all services provided by the Company (the “Services”), together with the privacy policy and terms of use established for each service and other related regulations.

The Personal Data collected by the Company is as follows:

  • Service usage history
  • Other information the Company determines to collect through the app or website

  • Referrer

2. Purpose of Use

Except as permitted by law, the Company uses the personal information obtained only within the scope of the following purposes of use, or the purposes of use separately notified or published:

  1. To ship products handled by the Company, operate the store reservation system, send catalogs and direct mail, provide related after-sales service, and inform about new products and services.
  2. To conduct marketing activities, market research, and data analysis aimed at the research and development of products and services as part of the Company's business activities.
  3. Otherwise, to manage customer-related operations and to properly and smoothly fulfill transactions with customers.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide Personal Data to third parties unless the prior consent of the individual is obtained, or unless it is based on the Personal Information Protection Act or otherwise permitted by law.

However, the following cases are exceptions, and the Company may provide Personal Data to third parties:

  1. When providing Personal Data to the operator of an external service in connection with integration with, or authentication via, the external service.
  2. When the Company needs to cooperate with a national government agency, local public body, or a party entrusted by them in carrying out affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent would risk hindering the execution of those affairs.

The Company jointly uses personal information within Personal Data as follows:

  • Items jointly used: Name, address, email address, gender, usage history
  • Scope of parties jointly using the information: Group companies, delivery companies, marketing analysis companies
  • Purpose of use by those parties: Provision, introduction, and delivery of products; marketing analysis
  • Person responsible for management: Satoshi Taniyama

5. Requests Regarding Disclosure of Personal Information

Upon request from the individual regarding the notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of the retained Personal Data that identifies the individual, the Company will confirm that the request is from the individual or their representative and respond in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
